Pike County Jailer color coding inmates

An Eastern Kentucky jailer is taking new steps to prevent drug trafficking. Pike county jailer, Freddie Lewis, has introduced a color coding system for the inmates under his watch.  This system is designed to separate inmates charged with misdemeanors from those charged with felonies. Lewis hopes that this will stem the flow of drugs between the two floors of the jail.
