According to a KSP report a vehicle being operated by 42 year old Ernest Robinson of Clay City crossed the median and rolled multiple times. Four of the occupants were transported to Clark Regional Medical Center in Winchester, but 13 year old Abby Robinson was taken to the University of Kentucky hospital for further treatment. The crash is still under investigation.
