Steve Beshear is squaring off with Governor Matt Bevin over the Kynect healthcare exchange. The current administration plans to dismantle the program and switch Kentuckians to the federal exchange. Beshear and his coalition hope their new campaign will change this new policy. They have launched a non-profit organization called Save Kentucky Healthcare, which is dedicated to educating  voters about healthcare issues.
