Floyd County Schools will hold their 31st Young Authors’ Celebration on Sunday, April 23, 2017 from 1:30pm to 2:30pm at the Wilkinson/Stumbo Convention Center located in Jenny Wiley State Park in Prestonsburg. A display of students’ books will be available for viewing at 1pm.
