Daniel asked: Is there any way to buy a home if your credit is less than perfect? 10/25/2010
Typically most lending agencies can't do loans unless your credit score is above 620. Depending on each individual situation, sometimes the lenders can help you improve your score. There may be some things on your credit report that are incorrect. This can have a big effect on your credit score. They can also give you tips to help boost your score. That will depend on the lender and if they are willing to work with you. Some times you may run onto someone selling on land contract, but even they are starting to ask for credit ratings and big downpayments.

What sells asked: What is the main thing that sells a house? 7/19/2010
Ultimately, it's price that sells. No matter what the property. If the price is adjusted correctly to the market and its condition, it will sell. Many have a predetermined number that they want. Sometimes it has to be adjusted to sell the property. With our economy the way it is, it is a buyer's market. In other words, the buyers are determining the selling prices.
