McDowell ARH Relay For Life Team will be having a Zumba-Thon on tuesday, May 21st from 6PM-8PM at the McDowell Minnie Senior Citizens Center.

Marine Corps League Third Annual Motorcycle Ride
Saturday, June 8 at 10 a.m.
The Marine Corps League Detachment 617 is holding their third annual motorcycle ride this June. The date is set for June 8, with a rain date of June 15, and the cost is only $25 per bike.
The ride will kick off from the Dairy Queen on North Lake Drive in Prestonsburg, starting wit ha registration period and safety meeting at 10 a.m. Pre-registration is not required, but would be appreciated; make checks payable to The Marine Corps League Detachment 617.
The ride will include some breathtaking mountain scenery along with some challenging turns and curves. The benefit will be raising money to construct a new building for the Marine Corps League, to be used to help veterans and their families with dependents benefits, a social meeting place, and to give the MCL a permenent home.
