Two-year-old's killer convicted of manslaughter, sentenced to ten years
The man responsible for the death of two-year-old Destiny Tincher learned his fate Friday. A jury convicted Jeffery Noble of manslaughter instead of the original charge of murder. The manslaughter conviction does not require as much jail time as murder, which has caused even more pain for Destiny's family. The Breathitt County Circuit Court Judge sentenced Noble to ten years. Noble has already served about a year of that ten-year sentence. His family was not around after the sentencing to comment.
