Arrests made in Catlettsburg burglary
Four people have been arrested and charged for their various roles in a burglary in Catlettsburg last month. Boyd County Sheriff's Deputies have charged Tara Payne, 22, and her brother Stefan Payne, 21, both of Catlettsburg, with the break-in at a house in the 9500-block of Alley Branch in Catlettsburg. Deputies say several guns, tools and jewelry were taken.
