Floyd Co. joins other regional schools for academic tournament
Floyd County schools recently competed in the Kentucky Valley Academic League Tournament . The Kentucky Valley Academic League is for high school students only. KVAL is made of 10 high schools in Floyd, Knott, Letcher and Perry counties. All four of Floyd County’s high schools were represented in the tournament, and according to Henry Webb, they were represented quite well.
