Accident shuts down U.S. 23
A traffic accident shut down U.S. 23 yesterday evening. Crews responded to what was described as a two vehicle accident at the intersection of University Drive and U.S. 23; details are scarce at the moment but we can tell you that it was reported by police officials that one or more occupants were trapped.
