Former Judge Executive could face animal cruelty charges

A former Pike County Deputy Judge Executive is now facing more than 100 counts of animal cruelty. The Pike County Humane Society filed the new charges against Randal Good on Wednesday morning. Last month, animal control officers say they found more than 100 dogs on his property in poor health. The Pike County Animal Shelter is now taking applications from people who want to adopt the remaining thirty-four dogs. They are also looking for volunteers to help at the shelter. If you are interested, the animal shelter's phone number is (606) 432-6293.
