BSCTC board chair recognized for her service
Peggy Blankenship Stepp was honored for her leadership by the Big Sandy Community and Technical College Board of Directors on Thursday. According to BSCTC, Stepp began her role as a board member in 2001 and has served as the Board Chair from 2006- 2011--one of the longest terms for a board chair in the history of the college. During the regular meeting held this month, a resolution in honor of her service to higher education was read and presented to her.
