House minority leader responds to redistricting plans
The top-ranking Republican in the Kentucky House is urging Gov. Steve Beshear to reject suggestions for a special legislative session to redraw legislative boundaries. Following urging from Greg Stumbo to call the special session, House Minority Floor Leader Jeff Hoover says in a letter to Beshear and top lawmakers that convening lawmakers to handle redistricting would be a waste of time and money.
