Local author coming out for signing of her second collection of rural tales
Rose O’Quinn Miller, who writes under the pen name Karen Quinn, will be having a book signing at the Readmore Book Store in Prestonsburg on Dec. 3, from 2 to 4 p.m. Miller will be introducing her second book, “More Tales from the Hills and Hollers of Eastern Kentucky,†to her readers in thE area.
