Perry Co. man shot dead walking out his own front door

A shooting at midnight in Perry County ended in one man's death. It all happened Saturday night in the Combs community on Baker Street. Thirty-one-year-old Samuel Louive was shot several times on his porch when he walked out the front door. Louive was pronounced dead at the scene by the Perry County Coroner's office.The man who allegedly shot him was close by when police arrived on the scene. It was reported by Kentucky State Police officials that the shooter was Timothy Ryan Sizemore, age 27, of Hazard. Sizemore was charged with murder and first degree wanton endangerment. He is currently lodged in the Kentucky River Regional Jail in Hazard.
