DUI suspect enters plea on murder charges
UPDATE: A Perry County man charged with murder pleaded not guilty Monday. Police say 20-year-old Eric Ison was driving under the influence on Highway 15 last Friday morning when he hit another vehicle, killing 68-year old Bobby Napier of Breathitt County. Police say Ison failed all field sobriety tests. Ison will be back in court for a preliminary hearing November 15th.
