Wheelwright Easter egg hunt another success

It is a 30-year-old tradition many people say they make sure to pencil into their Easter Sunday schedule. And everything is free from the egg hunt to the prizes, so everyone came dressed in their Sunday best for the Wheelwright Easter Egg hunt that pulls the community together with nearly 100 kids all ready to go.

Easter is not about the egg hunts, but for the kids, that’s the best part. Many parents say Easter would not be as special without the volunteer fire department's dedication to the event every year. The Wheelwright Volunteer Fire Department collected more than 400 dollars in a couple of hours during a road block in the small community to help pay for the Easter event.
