Police arrest woman after theft from tornado-stricken area
Two women in Morgan County are accused of stealing items from a home on tornado-damaged property.
It happened on Bays Bend Road in West Liberty, where police say the stolen items were then later sold to Grassy Creek Scrap. They've arrested 35-year old Marsha J. Risner of Ezel. She faces several charges including burglary. At least one other was involved, and so more arrests are pending.
