Prestonsburg possibly expanding soon
The city of Prestonsburg appears to be on the verge of expanding, as city leaders discussed a plan to annex new areas during Monday night’s city council meeting. The areas under consideration for annexation include property along Route 321 north of town, near the entrance to Stonecrest, as well as certain locations in the community of Lancer. As of now, the annexations are just in the planning and discussion phase.
