Teacher enters plea on sexual misconduct charges
A former middle school teacher accused of having sexual contact with a student has now pleaded guilty.
Charles Mitchell admitted to charges of sexual misconduct with a minor. He'll be sentenced later. He used to be an eighth grade social studies teacher at Sebastian Middle School in Breathitt County, but resigned last year.
Four school administrators were also indicted on misdemeanor charges. They were accused of not reporting the allegations.
