Charity run honors survivng victim of "The Railroad Killer"
She is the only known survivor of "The Railroad Killer," a man who was responsible for the deaths of as many as 30 people across the country. Sunday, dozens came out to run in her honor.
In 1997, Holly Dunn was a UK student and member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. She survived an attack near campus that resulted in the death of her boyfriend.
Sunday, a 5K race at Commonwealth Stadium raised money for Holly's House, a shelter for victims of intimate crimes. Holly's House is located in Indianapolis.
The state of Texas executed The Railroad Killer, Angel Reséndiz, in 2006.
