Attorney General investigating director of the David School

A developing story out of Floyd County involves reports that the Attorney General's office is investigating David School director Daniel Greene. Officials in the AG's office have apparently filed a petition in Floyd Circuit Court in an effort to get access to school records related to Greene's compensation. The petition states officials believe starting back in October of 2005, Greene used his position to divert funds to him for personal use or private benefit. Neither Greene nor other school officials have made any comment.
