Accused Breathitt Co. shooter to undergo competency hearing
A Breathitt County man accused of shooting at another man was back in court Friday. Court officials say Roger Spencer pleaded not guilty to assault charges stemming from a series of events in the Rousseau community where he allegedly shot at Ray Brown. Spencer is set to have a competency hearing on May 14th at 1 p.m. in Breathitt County and a pre-trial conference on May 25th.
