Double murder suspect takes the stand in own defense
Berry Hall is accused of killing his niece and her husband in 2008. Berry Hall's defense attorneys began calling witnesses Monday, starting with his brothers and sisters. In his testimony Hall says he remembers hearing people arguing outside, but then he says he blacked out and only remembers bit and pieces. He says he remembers having some sort of hallucinations as he entered the upstairs bedroom stating that he "saw shadows and stuff," and said he believed them to be demons. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
