Floyd Co. Judge-Executive gives up provided car
Floyd County Judge-Executive R.D. “Doc†Marshall has returned his county-provided vehicle and says he will now use his own vehicle and his own fuel. Turning in those keys could mean a savings of $15,000 to $18,000 a year on county expenses. Judge Marshall said that this money can be used for several projects to improve the conditions for the citizens of Floyd county.
