MADE taping in Hazard
Producers from the MTV show MADE are coming to Hazard Community and Technical College, and a local student or two could benefit. MADE is a reality TV show based around one student with a goal, and a coach whose job it is to help the student achieve his or her goal. In the past they have taken shy kids and turned them into break dancers, cheerleaders, beauty queens, musicians and even athletes. The hour-long show has been on the air since 2002 and 250 episodes have been produced--and there soon could be one made in Hazard. The show has won three Emmys and helped hundreds of students find confidence and learn what it takes to work toward a goal.
