Floyd Co. sheriff's department busts two meth labs

Three people are in custody in Floyd County after two active meth labs were found Tuesday night. It happened at a house on Route 850 in the David community. Sheriff John K. Blackburn said deputies went to the home to serve a warrant and discovered the pair of meth labs, and subsequently arrested 47-year-old Ronnie Hicks, 25-year-old Randall Hicks, and 46-year-old Teresa Moore. The suspects are charged with meth possession and trafficking.
