AG's Cybercrimes unit gets indictments against Johnson Co. man
Attorney General Jack Conway announced Monday the indictment of a Staffordsville man, following an investigation by the Attorney Generalâ€™s Cybercrimes Unit.
On February 17, a Rowan County grand jury indicted 21-year-old Eric LeMaster, a former Morehead State University student, on one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The charges against LeMaster are the result of an undercover investigation that began Jan. 23 by General Conwayâ€™s Cybercrimes Unit. Prosecution of this case is being handled by the office of Keen Johnson, Commonwealthâ€™s Attorney for the 21st Judicial Circuit.
