AG's Cybercrimes unit gets indictments against Johnson Co. man

Attorney General Jack Conway announced Monday the indictment of a Staffordsville man, following an investigation by the Attorney General’s Cybercrimes Unit.

On February 17, a Rowan County grand jury indicted 21-year-old Eric LeMaster, a former Morehead State University student, on one count of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor and one count of distribution of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor. The charges against LeMaster are the result of an undercover investigation that began Jan. 23 by General Conway’s Cybercrimes Unit. Prosecution of this case is being handled by the office of Keen Johnson, Commonwealth’s Attorney for the 21st Judicial Circuit.
