"Bullman" tours capitol in coffin
It’s certainly a strange way to get your point across, but a Harlan County man who ran twice for governor went around the state capitol in a coffin. Otis "Bullman" Hensley was in that coffin that was on a trailer, and pulled by an SUV. He said he did it to symbolize all the job killing that has happened in the state in the past years. Back in 2007 Hensley rode around the capitol on the back of a giant fiberglass bull.
