Magoffin Co. man could get 20 years for sex crimes
A Magoffin County man could serve up to 20 years in prison after a jury found him guilty on several sex abuse charges.
A jury in Knott County convicted Chester Allen on seven different counts of sex abuse charges, including two counts of sodomy, incest, sexual abuse, and one count of criminal attempt to commit first degree rape. The jury also returned a recommended sentence of 20 years.
Allen is set to be sentenced in Magoffin County on August 16th.
