Father charged in death of two-year-old girl
A father will now have to face charges in the death of his two-year-old daughter. The Boyd County Sheriff's Office arrested 30-year-old John Elliott Junior yesterday. He's now charged with manslaughter.
Investigators say Elliott's daughter, Summer, lived with her mother but was at a babysitter's home when she died in March. The coroner determined the little girl died of compression.
