Drug trial set for Magoffin Co. man

The trial is set for a Magoffin County man indicted on federal drug charges. Howard Harlow Back was indicted in May by a federal grand jury for allegedly conspiring with others to distribute OxyCodone pills between December 2009 and February 2012. If convicted, Back faces up to 20 years in prison and up to one million dollars in fines.

His trial is set to start on July 9th at the federal courthouse in Pikeville.
