Missing boy cold case still looms over Hindman

Reports indicate Kelly Hollan, a 6-year-old Knott Co. boy, was playing with his mother, Judy Moore, outside their Hindman home when the phone rang. She left to answer it, and when she returned, Kelly was gone.

That was thirty years ago.

It's one of the oldest and most haunting cold cases the Kentucky State Police in Hazard have on file. Over the years, they've followed many leads, interviewed many people, searched many areas, but turned up little in the way of hard evidence. Suspects range from the mother herself, to neighbors, to other relatives.

Contact KSP Post 13 in Hazard if you have any information.
