Restraining order issued for David School director
The Kentucky Attorney General's investigation into the David School and its director, Daniel Greene, has developed a new twist as a restraining order has been issued.
On Friday, a Floyd County court issued the restraining order that would force long-time director Daniel Greene to have nothing to do with the school or its affairs, and be forced to turn in his keys and personal passwords.
This would end his access to the school's finances, as well, as the Attorney General is looking into accusations that he may have misappropriated school money for personal use.
