ARH, Coventry Care ordered into litigation
A Federal Judge has ordered Appalachian Regional Healthcare and Coventry Care officials into litigation this morning.
In short, ARH alleges Coventry Care owes them and has thus threatened to drop the insurer, while officials with Coventry call the suit ridiculous. This dispute could leave thousands in the area without local health care and hundreds of employees without jobs--and the clock is ticking. Officials with both parties will now have the opportunity to resolve their differences before a judge.
