Another small earthquake rattles Eastern Kentucky on Tuesday evening
A very small earthquake occurred on Tuesday night in eastern Breathitt County, between Jackson and Salyersville. The closest community to the quakes center was Lambric on highway 542. The epicenter was just north of Laurel Fork Creek. The 2.0 magnitude tremor means it was likely not felt by most people. the latest quake occurred just 30 miles from where the 4.3 magnitude quake hit just a few weeks ago.
