Today is Election Day--exercise your right to vote!

Polls will be open today from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. throughout the state. A heavy voter turnout is expected. Officials predict up to a 64% voter turnout today. Polls will close at 6 p.m., but anyone still waiting in line at 6 p.m. will be permitted to vote.

The race for President of the United States sits atop the ballot with President Obama expected to face a strong challenge from Governor Mitt Romney. Those on the ballot include: Timothy Cooley, Bob Carpenter Sr., David Gearheart, Timothy Vandine, Don Willis, Harry Adams, Carolyn Ford, Freddy Goble, Benji Ferguson, Adam Williamson, Cliff Latta, Roy Roberts, B.D. Nunnery, and Les Stapleton.
