A man is killed in a head-on crash in Perry County
One man is dead after a head-on crash in Perry County on Wednesday. The accident happened on Ky. Rt. 7 near Viper.
Witnesses said that one vehicle lost control and crossed over into an oncoming pickup truck. Police confirmed that 71-year-old Otis Adams was killed in the crash. Tony Potter, 44, of Neon, was airlifted to UK Medical Center. A third victim has not been identified.
Police are continuing to investigate the accident.
