Kentucky quarterback Max Smith out indefinitely after injury
Kentucky quarterback Max Smith has been told he will be out of the Ky. lineup indefinitely after tearing a ligament in his left ankle. Smith will need surgery to repair the ligament injury suffered on the 2nd play of the game on Saturday. Ky coach Joker Phillips said on his weekly radio show on Monday that freshman Patrick Towles would have his redshirt lifted and that he would see time at quarterback throughout the remainder of the season.
