Trick or treat rescheduled due to weather in Floyd County
Due to the forecast for Floyd County over the next two days, Prestonsburg Mayor Jerry Fannin and Floyd County Judge-Executive R.D. "Doc" Marshall have rescheduled trick-or-treat night throughout Floyd County. Trick-or-treat will now take place on Saturday, November 3, from 6 to 8 p.m. in both Prestonsburg and throughout Floyd County.
