An Olive Hill man is accused of sexually abusing two foster teens
An Olive Hill man has been arrested and charged with sexual abuse of two foster teenage girls. Police received a complaint of the abuse involving two juvenile females at a foster home on Grahn Road in Olive Hill.
James Layne, 29, allegedly performed sexual acts with the two girls, ages 14 and 15, who were both under the care of Layne at the time. Layne was arrested and charged with two counts of first degree sexual abuse and lodged in the Carter County Detention Center.
