An eastern Kentucky man is arrested after running through a roadblock during President Obama's visit
Federal officials detained an Eastern Kentucky man who they say was carrying multiple firearms when he ran through a roadblock during the president's visit to Cincinnati earlier this month. A Federal complaint unsealed in Covington on Wednesday says Kerry T Prater of West Liberty had three weapons and a large quantity of ammunition when he ran through the roadblock on September 17th. The president's motorcade passed through northern Kentucky that day en route to Cincinnati. The complaint also noted that Prater has a lengthy criminal history and was previously declared mentally ill.
