The Kentucky Department of Transportation has announced that the Breathitt County Fiscal Court will receive 48,000 to help repair roads in the county. Kentucky's transportation secretary commented that " it is important to help cities and counties fund emergency repairs to local roads because the roads are vital links in the states transportation network".
