Morgan County Judge-Executive set for arraignment today

Morgan County Judge Executive Tim Conley was arrested on Monday and charged with four counts of mail fraud, one count of theft from a program receiving federal funds, and one count of conspiring to launder money. An indictment was unsealed in the case. The indictment alleges that Conley accepted gifts and payment form Kenneth Lee Gambill and Ruth Gambill, owners of a Salyersville Construction Company, in exchange for construction projects for Morgan County. The FBI raided Conley's office and home in August. Conley is due in Federal Court this afternoon for his arraignment.
