Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell spoke on behalf of Eastern Kentucky in Washington on Wednesday

Kentucky Senator Mitch McConnell took to the floor of the United States Senate on Wednesday to deliver what he called the voices of Eastern Kentuckians who have been devastated by EPA regulations on coal. McConnell told fellow Senators about the EPA refusing to hold any listening sessions in any coal producing regions. The senator also noted that every comment received during the hearings in Pikeville had been hand delivered to the EPA's offices.
