A Magoffin County couple pleads not guilty to charges involving Morgan County's judge executive

The owners of a Magoffin County construction company were in federal court on Monday to answer to charges involving an alleged kickback scheme with Morgan County's County Judge Executive. Kenneth and Ruth Gambill pleaded not guilty to charges on Monday.
