Two Arrested On Drug Charges In Ashland
Two people have been arrested in separate drug busts at an Ashland apartment complex.
Both arrests happened at the Gibbs Court Apartments.
Boyd County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Dustin Weiner, 29, of Ashland, early Wednesday for trafficking in a control substance.
Deputies say during a search of Weiner's apartment they found narcotics, drug paraphernalia and cash.
About six hours later, deputies arrested James Kindermann Jr., 24, of Ashland, and charged him with trafficking in a controlled substance after they say he sold pain pills to a confidential informant and undercover officer at the complex.
Both men were taken to the Boyd County Jail.
