The Kentucky Sheriffs Association has created a tip-line on it's website

Officials with the Kentucky Sheriffs Association say tips coming through a new tip-line on the association website will be forwarded to the appropriate office. All identifying information is removed before a tip comes to a sheriffs office. The tip-line can be used to notify a sheriffs office of drug activity or other illegal crimes. The director of the Kentucky Sheriffs Association told the Lexington Herald Leader that the tips can be useful information when making arrests. Tipsters are asked to be as specific as possible when leaving information. Officials say the more detailed the information is, the better chance authorities have of using it in a case.
