Three Johnson Co Men Arrested On Meth Charges
Johnson County Sheriff's deputies were servingroutine warrants when they noticed Lucas Moore, Donnis Skaggs and Jason Owens smoking something next to a car.
When police searched the car, they say they found an active meth lab inside.
Chief Deputy Kevin Pelphrey reports that meth labs are becoming more common in cars due to mobility.
All three are charged with manufacturing meth and are being held in the Big Sandy Regional Detention Center.
