A southeastern KY man has been charged with 80 counts of sexual abuse

Police have arrested a man accused of sexually abusing children.


Kentucky State Police say Robert Warner, 75, of Estill County, faces 40 counts of sex abuse, and 40 counts of sodomy, all 1st degree charges. Police say the victims included four children.

Last week, Warner's son, Charles Warner, was arrested and charged with growing marijuana outside a home on Sprout Springs Road.

Police say Robert Warner also lived in that home.

Additional charges could be filed against Robert Warner. He's expected in Estill County court on Wednesday.
